cringe at the thought of telling your name to a stranger because you'll know it'll get butchered...
go by a different name than your birth name... or
have finally claimed (or reclaimed) your name...

The deadline to submit was January 11th 2025 at 11:55pm EST. If you completed the form, please check your emails for your results!

If you're selected to participate in the project, you'll be notified by email, and given instructions on the next steps.

If you aren't selected, you'll also be notified by email, and your submitted data will be deleted within 30 days of the selection process completion.

Selected participants will receive a CAD$100 (one-hundred Canadian dollars) honorarium as a thank-you.
